团队研究方向:粮油功能食品与健康
围绕我国功能性粮油食品与分子营养领域的关键前沿问题,根据本领域相关产业可持续发展的需求,确定了团队的三个方面的研究内容:
(1)功能性粮油食品与分子营养
粮油食品中功能因子(活性肽、活性多糖、多酚)在平衡膳食结构中的分子营养作用;功能因子与基因之间的相互作用及其对机体健康影响的机制,着重针对常见慢性疾病(高血脂、高血糖等)的营养作用的研究。
(2)功能性粮油食品研制与加工技术
粮油食品中活性肽、活性多糖、多酚等功能因子高效分离制备,发展专门化、精细化的先进绿色食品加工技术。
(3)功能性粮油食品的设计与评价技术
开展粮油食品营养功能的靶向设计,并利用动物和细胞模型(肥胖症、糖尿病等)建立基于营养基因组学的营养健康功能科学评价体系。
团队近五年承担国家重点研发计划课题和国家自然科学基金项目等国家级科研项目9项;发表SCI文章35篇,授权发明专利11项。
